Provisional Feedback Did Not Show Up

At the end of my exam, I clicked to select that I wanted to view provisional feedback, however, it was not available. Is there a way I can get it now?

    Same. After taking the PjM, "likely to pass" did not show up, unlike my first passed exam that showed the provisional feedback. I think ARE exams are no longer providing the feedback?

    This happened to me twice this year most recently back in July.

    I was finished with the exam. I clicked on "end exam" and checked that, Yes I do want to see the Provisional Feedback. The Computer loaded and then the next screen that popped up was just that I completed the exam and can now leave. I was shocked because I know I clicked on Yes to see the feedback. 

    There is a glitch with your system. Please Investigate this instead of just telling us that it's still there. A lot more reports of this are happening.

    I took my first exam a month ago and did not see the feedback either. I initially thought maybe I clicked on the wrong button since it was my first time.

    I took the PcM test this morning and clicked on the right blue button to say yes to view feedback.  Instead of Provisional Feedback, it directed me to a page saying I would receive results in 7-10 days.  I agree with what has been said above - there seems to be a glitch.

    Same thing just happened to me. Did not receive a provisional feedback, directed me to a page saying I will receive results in 7-10 days.

    I’m honestly not sure. I took it today so I guess I have to wait until next Wednesday or Friday to know.

    I received the result 9 days later (same with PjM) and passed. Whew! Taking CE this Friday and hopefully I’ll see my provisional.

    Maybell/Kaylah this also happened to me on Thursday. After selecting the option to view provisional feedback, I was taken to the 7-10 day page as well. My initial thought was that must be what the default verbiage is if you failed that division (even though it didn’t say anywhere “likely failed”). I was a bit relieved to hear that Maybell had this experience also and later found out that it was a pass! Congratulations!

    Seems to be an arbitrary glitch. I took CE test last Friday and received a provisional pass.  This has me unreasonably paranoid that in 7-10 days I'll receive an official notice saying I actually failed.

    I also received no provisional feedback after selecting end exam followed by yes, I do want provisional feedback. NCARB, please fix this glitch. Now I need to wait 7-10 days.

    NCARB loves to send emails about all the work they’re doing to improve our experience in obtaining licensure, yet they won’t address this glitch that hundreds, if not thousands are experiencing. Do better, NCARB.

    This just happened to me as well this past Thursday for PcM. I've been blaming my anxiety and thinking I overlooked it!

    This happened to me this past week for PPD and I’ve been waiting since Tuesday for my score 😑 I definitely followed all their directions completely to see provisional results and it just took me to the end of exam page. I’ve taken 5/6 and this is the only time this has happened.

    This happened to me yesterday! I clicked on yes for provisional review and nothing, I am glad I am not the only one!

    NCARB has done significant testing of the provisional feedback feature within the exam over the past 6 months. Through our investigations, including reviewing screen shots of exam deliveries, asking our exam delivery partner to investigate, and testing the feature ourselves, we've determined that there are no technical issues with this functionality.

    Remember, you will not see results like you see when viewing a final score report. You will see a sentence displayed that indicates you've likely passed or likely failed. There will be no report posted at that time.

    If you have experienced an issue with reviewing provisional feedback following your exam, please review the instructions in the ARE 5.0 Guidelines. Take the time to read the text on each screen as you complete your exam. While we understand you are tired from hours of testing and may be experiencing stress, it's important to read the information provided on each screen.
