My Continuum Education study on Ncarb never get reported!

Could someone please help me report my CE study to my AIA credit? I have completed over 20 credits on NCARB, I have put my AIA number on every courses and received certificates with my AIA number. But they have not reported my credits to AIA. I have contacted both NCARB and AIA for assistance, but I haven't received any help. Unfortunately, my emails to the NCARB help person were blocked. If NCARB is unable to report CE credits, they should have informed me in advance.
