Test exams

I am on the foreign path of certification and my “test exam” section is no longer available. Does anybody know what is going on?. Are we supposed to lose access to them due to new regulations as we are on the Foreign Path of Certification?. If that is the case, what can I do to regain access to them?. I think is such a valuable resource that we cannot afford to lose just for being on this path of certification. I hope this is going to be reverted soon. I have an exam coming soon and I really need this test exam.
