Amber books for PDD?

    Most people don't use Amber book.  I never used it.  I'd recommend reading all of Ballast, then using youtube videos to try to understand the topics you are not familiar with.  I only watch industry standard videos, be sure they are sanctioned by whatever industry (masonry, steel, etc).  The Fundamentals book was also helpful, if you still have it from college.  2 weeks really isn't much time to begin new material.

    That’s exactly what I did and passed PDD. Ballast and the Fundamentals book was the winning combination. Glad to be done with all 6!

    Hi Andre, my mistake. I actually bought Building Construction by Madan Mehta because it was cheaper. But I've heard Fundamentals of Building Construction by Edward Allen covers pretty much the same topics.
