    Don't bother contacting Pro-proctor. They won't respond.

Email NCARB and they will get back to you in 10-14 days with a new seat credit. Your test will register on NCARB record as a failure.

My current strategy is to take all the tests scheduled closely together with expectation that at least 30% will fail in part due to "technical difficulties" and just use the 60 day retest ban to study.  See if the cited texts are available from A library. Search specifically online for free guides and videos for further helpful information. Avoid BS and other subscription services advertised here as the time and money will be better spent on books. That is unless  NCARB moves to a completely pen and paperless, lawyer led, board approved, monthly subscription study model.

On my last exam I skipped my break time and did not review questions in order to minimize the chances of the exam crashing and successfully passed PPD with only a couple tech hiccups. I ended up downloading Microsoft Edge as I experienced some issues with IE and Firefox. Use whiteboard as little as possible due to lag. Also skip all math problems until last as whiteboard is slow and unreliable. I don't think I have had an online or in person test in the past 2 years that the test has not glitched at least once.

Browse the forum for other Members technical solutions. I found it helpful to disable firewall and disable Bluetooth and wireless. Connect directly to router. Restart your modem / router before the test and I guess say a prayer if one was religious/spiritual.

Good Luck, You definitely aren't alone in this.
