I saw "Interpret key elements of the owner/consultant agreement to integrate the consultant's work into the project" in the contract content description: https://www.ncarb.org/pass-the-are/prepare/project-management

Should I add C103 to the list of contracts to study for this test?

  Yes, I would read the consultant agreement for this exam.  And for all the exams, I'd memorize the #ing scheme.  C### documents are consultant agreements.  B is owner-architect.  A is owner-contractor.  G series is construction phase documents.
