PcM - Fast-Track, a delivery method or not?

I am currently studying to my PcM test I keep encountering conflicting information about fast-track. Is fast-track considered a project delivery method/type OR is fast-track used with a delivery method (such DB or CM)? Any guidance would be helpful on this topic.

  Hey Melissa-- no, fast-track is not a delivery method.  Fast tracking is when the contractor starts construction before the building is done being fully designed.  Fast tracking can be used on any type of delivery method, but is most common when a construction manager is involved (CMa or CMc)
