No Available Appointments in Dallas until July

I am attempting to book PDD in Dallas, TX and ProScheduler is only showing availability in locations nearly 2 hours away.  There are two testing centers in the Dallas area and mid July is apparently the next available timeslot.  According to previous posts, it looks like others have had this issue in other locations and were put in contact with customer relations to get their tests booked. 

I called NCARB Customer Relations but it is directing all calls to email.  Hoping to get in touch with someone to confirm the Dallas locations are fully booked or if this is an error and timeslots are available.  Thanks for the help.

  Similar situation in SLC, Utah. Can't book an in-person or online exam until mid-August! Insane. Why is it so hard to schedule these tests sometimes? I'll do the same in trying to contact them. Keep me posted, I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one.
