Is the NCARB AXP site buggy right now? Weird font changes, transaction failures...
All the fonts on the AXP pages look different, like something in the code got mixed up.
I just tried to schedule PcM, bought a seat credit, scheduled a time, waited for the spinning wheel for the confirmation and got the error "We were unable to complete the transaction, please wait a moment and try to reload the page."
After I reload I try to re-enter the scheduling website and get the error "The eligibility id entered has already been used."
So now Prometric thinks I used my seat credit, and NCARB is showing I haven't scheduled an exam...

It appears that you have scheduled an exam which causes the "eligibility ID" message. I recommend reaching out to NCARB Customer Service for further assistance.
