They are probably trying to say understand the basics of project management, project delivery and AIA Contracts. I've never been a fan of this book. I think it gets more credit then it deserves.

Hi Alex, Having only looked at the Table of Contents in the Amazon store, it looks like chapters 11 and 12 feature what could be useful content regarding Project Mgmt and Zoning/Bldg. Codes, respectively. Not sure it's worth a purchase, though I have not read it myself.

I've used it for the other exams. Not for PA.

To be honest, I haven't even bothered to look into for PA (because I've been thinking that the other references are: a) more relevant, b) more important)

I am looking into it now. It broadly talks about several topics which I think are PA-related:

- life-cycle costs in the Project Mgmt Chapter

- Floor area ratio, setbacks, exposure plane in the Zoning/Bldg Codes chapter.
