Confusion about project delivery methods
I'm studying for PcM and I think I might be over-studying this area, but I'm wondering if anyone has felt similar confusion...is it just me or do several of the main driving factors for choosing a specific delivery method overlap? For example, the AHPP table on p.512 doesn't list scope as a driving factor for any of the CM methods, but I've come across several practice questions where unknown scope on a project justifies having a CM early in the design phase to provide constructability advice. I'm taking the exam in 10 days and I feel like the more I read about the delivery methods, the more I overthink it--if all else fails my plan was just to commit this table to memory, but does anyone have a better resource that justifies these driving factors more clearly, or any test-taking strategies for tackling questions for choosing a delivery method? Thank you!

" CM early in the design phase to provide constructability advice" this is for CM@Risk = CM-Constructor. This is the only driving method that has 3 driving factors (Time, Risk & Cost). Time because some time it will involve Fast Track Strategy with multiple bidding, Risk because he should insure the proper constructability within the agreed GMP. Cost is related to the agreed cap = GMP.
Hope that helps, is that what you were asking for ?
