Internet Connection: An ethernet cable connected to a computer using a docking station

My computer does not have an ethernet port. It connects to the internet via wireless only. I would like to connect to the internet with an ethernet cable as recommended by NCARB and Prometric.   

Can I connect an ethernet cable from the router to my computer using a docking station?

  Hey Ingrid,

  Docking stations are not allowed to be utilized for online proctored exams. You may need to find a different computer that meets the requirements listed in the ARE Guidelines.
