CE exam crashed four times, three different computers

I took the CE exam Friday 2/5 in Stockton, CA at noon, and it was my worst testing experience yet. This is my fourth exam., and I've had no issues up until this test. Things worked smoothly until I got to the case studies, and then the first crash occurred when I was trying to scroll down on one of the resources. The proctor restarted the system and I was able to resume. The first crash didn't mess with me too much, but the next THREE did. I ended up being moved to three other computers, one of which was in a separate room. Each time the Prometric employee would have to call the company and work her way through the system, so that the crash was properly recorded, taking several minutes and breaking my workflow and concentration. I would only be able to get to answering one question or reviewing one resource before the test would crash again. I lost my train of thought when answering a question, it was so frustrating. When it came to reviewing my marked questions, as I always do at the end of an exam, I just rushed through it because I was so frustrated after all the crashes, and I didn't want to deal with a FIFTH one. I'm confident that I wasn't able to work through the case studies to the best of my abilities because I was so scared that just scrolling through the resources, let alone zooming (to view a poor quality PDF that became blurry and grainy as soon as I tried to verify a room number), would cause another crash. Luckily the ladies at Prometric were very kind and patient, but they told me that a similar thing had happened to a candidate on an NCARB test earlier that same week, and that NCARB's tests have become notorious for crashes during the actual exam.

I hope to receive a credit for my exam. as it was so poor and unpredictable and not what I would expect from a national organization responsible for the licensing of all architects. I should be able to rely on the exam functioning properly and smoothly so that the only thing that is being "tested" is my application of knowledge and concepts, not my patience to scroll slowly through a floor plan or door schedule.
