Pending eligibility approval after exam?

Hi, Ncarb. I just had my PDD exam yesterday and today when I logged in my account, it shows “ Pending Eligibility  approval” instead “ waiting for score” . Why is it?

  Mine is showing “awaiting score" for an exam taken on 12/28/2019 and prevent me from scheduling... I think NCARB messed up when they establish cut score today ....
