Prometric center no internet

So I’m at the prometric testing center for my test at noon. Currently they don’t have internet and don’t know when or if it will be back on. I’m told to wait til 12:30. If I can’t test what is the best way to go about rescheduling?

  This happened to my coworker.

  Prometric will inform NCARB of the failure on their part, and you should be able to reschedule.

  I recommend sending an email to NCARB directly - just to cover yourself and get a response direct from them.
