Reschedule Fee Reimbursement/Waving and Rolling Clock Extension

NCARB and AIA,

With this significant number of negative reviews regarding the online proctored exams when will NCARB reimburse/wave the fees to reschedule and extend the rolling clock from August to January?

  In addition, what are the statistics? How many candidates that are scheduled for an online exam, complete their exam without issues that may compromise their score?

  Are you asking for experiences? My exam was cancelled due to technical difficulties but then was not addressed by NCARB for over a month- only to be told I could not retake the exam without waiting the standard retake time.  Personally, I believe that time needs to be re-added to my rolling clock. I lost months due to something out of my control and delayed action by NCARB.

  NCARB needs to release actual figures showing Online VS in person are the same experience. From what everyone is posting, NCARB stating there is no difference between the two sounds like a complete FARCE.

  To extend on these comments, how many candidates are completing their exam pass or fail within ARE's "Total appointment time"? What is the data?
