PjM Online Test Disconnection
There are many glitches to the online proctored Prometric ARE exam. Be warned!
My PjM exam was scheduled for 7 pm on 1/4/2021, but my first proctor could not hear my audio. I was asked to relog back into the exam, and when I reached my second proctor, his video cam froze on me. The third time I logged in, the proctoring was successful in administering my exam ( she heard my voice and she launched the exam).
However, by the time I was able to take the test, the time was 8 pm ( nearly an hour after my scheduled test)! But that is not the worst part.
I took the test, but 20 minutes before the end of the test ( and almost three hours into it), the Prometric online test logged me off the exam! I was able to reach another proctor after this glitch but I was not able to finish the exam. The biggest problem is that I technically had 20 minutes left to review my answers and finish the exam to the best of my abilities, which taken away from me.
It is now 11:36 pm on 1/4/2021. I spent one month studying for this exam and I was not given my allotted time because of a glitch. I still feel like I have the chance of passing the test, but I did not press the finish button. What happens next?
Let me know who to contact. This is frustrating. I recommend that you do not take the exam online until they resolve all glitches!
Who should I contact to discuss this issue?

That's not the number Prometric told me to call yesterday when I got disconnected. The proctor told me to call 1-800-853-6769, which is Prometric. There were no instructions before the test which told me to contact that number for technical issues. Also, is someone from NCARB available to answer technical issues at 10:45 pm? That is when I had technical problems taking the test.

Michael,
To clarify, for technical issues during exam delivery, please reach out to Prometric at the number they've provided. For issues regarding the technical aspects of delivery, reach out to Prometric. Since you are not currently in the exam, and are concerned about scheduling another exam administration, NCARB's customer service will be able to assist you.
