I try to reschedule my two exams in Dec, one went through and one doesn't. Trying it for three days and I called Prometric and it didn't work out too.
Called NCARB they told me they didn't experience it at all. I'm the only one who had this issue.
Any advice there? BTW, I tried with three cards, it shouldn't be the bank issue. I got this error message every time.
