How Did The New ARE 5.0 Go? An Independent Survey
For everyone who has taken an exam AFTER December 14th, 2020, please fill out this independent survey about your experience with the new exam changes.

It would be helpful if you could also share this survey with anyone you know who has tested or will be testing in the near future.

In my opinion this survey is very important as the data will be open to everyone. NCARB has stated that technical issues with the exams were encountered at a much lower percentage than what the community is reporting. The testing community does not have access to NCARB's data, so by conducting an independent survey more transparency can be obtained.

I agree.
NCARB claims that only 5% of ARE Candidates experience technical or software issues during their exams. However, in our last survey we found that 73% of candidates had experienced technical or software issues.
For 4 years we have been complaining about these problems, but NCARB has done nothing to address the issues. Filling out this new survey is very important to see if "progress" is being made.

It will close when we have a very large sample size. The faster we can gather this data, the faster it will be released. Due to the holidays it started slow.
The more people who can help by reminding everyone who has taken an exam to fill out the survey at YoungArchitect.com/NCARBsurvey will make the process go faster.
It only takes 3 minutes and is massively important to gather this data.
