Amber Book - missing video contents and unresponsive help

Hi All,

I have a problem trying to resetting my password on Amber-book website just to check/update my subscription information. Whenever I tried to reset I never get the reset email unlike the other times. 

More importantly, I noticed that all of the video contents on Wistia is gone. Has this happened to any of you? 

I've been trying to reach both technical and general help to get this sorted out but hasn't got any answers for a week. If any of you have experienced the same and can share how to troubleshoot this it would be a great help.
