CE Practice Question - Incorrect Answer?
This question caused me to think that - If to require the contractor to remove and reinstall the materials using the specified installation system - that would trigger the change order, which would be agains the owner's will.
I know it was never mentioned in the question that the contractor disagreed to reinstall the materials. But describes that the contractor already has his own (strong?) opinion why he did it and if feels like he is not going to reinstall it for his own money.
So after reading this question and then reading Option A - I immediately eliminated that option.
I think this question should be rewritten.

Yes. I guess, even if the contractor would disagree to reinstall the materials, the architect still has the power to issue a Construction Directive together with the Owner. So the work will continue and the Change Order will be avoided until they will figure out who was right later(?).
