Hi,
1. The windows would be repaired if it's a historic property. See Dept of Interiors's website. https://www.nps.gov/orgs/1739/secretary-standards-treatment-historic-properties.htm#:~:text=The%20Standards%20for%20the%20Treatment,rehabilitation%2C%20restoration%2C%20and%20reconstruction.
2. No idea. Security cam can be wireless now. It's so easy...
3. The board of health in the town usually approves sanitary plans. Here they approved some septic systems that failed immediately after they were installed. Public sewer systems in many older cities are grossly out of date/undersized.
4. Windmill goes at the top of a hill! That's the windiest spot!
5. Already covered... You won't be doing any of these on the ARE. It's enough to know what they are and they they include cost of construction, cost of maintenance for the expected life span.
Hope this helps!
