Reschedule Exam Error and NCARB not taking Customer Relations Calls
NCARB website is still not letting me reschedule my exam that is 5 day from now, and I have been trying since I took my last exam on the 21st of April. I emailed got a response that didn't answer my reschedule question, but responded to a schedule question. Its does not matter what state or city I place in the location box. I still get an error and asks me to call the phone number in the screen shot below, and no one picks up, but tells me to email instead, and they will get back with me in 48 hours. This is ridiculous! I responded to the email that was sent to me and screen shot the image below to them and they have not contacted me back. That was 2 days ago. I just sent another email, its already end of day in D.C. I guess they will not get back to me in 48 hrs.

Wow, that's very frustrating. I'd call again and again. Be prepared to be on the line for 1 hour.
You may also want to try a chrome incognito window to do this transaction. Also try a different web browser.
