NCARB Not taking calls - Can't schedule exam
Hi yall! anyone having trouble scheduling? this is my second day trying to schedule and trying to call NCARB (202) 879-0520 and yesterday when I called the machine said that they were on training and that my call could not be taken and today is another message that NCARB no longer takes calls and to only contact by email. I am ESL and I bet someone here is running in a similar issue. When tying to schedule I get the following message "A serious error has occurred. Please try again later. If the problem still exists contact Customer Relations." I email but nothing since yesterday.

Others are having the same issue.
It's very frustrating. I'd call again and again. Be prepared to be on the line for 1 hour.
You may also want to try a chrome incognito window to do this transaction. Also try a different web browser. Make sure you are only logged in once too.
