Proctored exam webcam requirements

I am in need of clarification on the webcam requirements. Does the camera need to have a 360 degree field of view, need to have the ability to rotate 360 degrees, or will we be manually scanning the room with the external camera prior to the start of the exam. Please share if anyone has suggestions on an affordable webcam that is Mac compatible, Mojave OS. Thank you!!

  Hi Brooke,

  I have heard that ncarb is not going to be offering the $50 refund for the cam anymore.  I have also heard a lot of horror stories from my clients about the online proctoring.  One of my clients who lives overseas said the proctoring is so unreliable that they feel they cannot take a break during their exams.  

  If you live in a place where you have access to a testing center, I'd recommend doing the testing in person.
