Took PDD today, hit the button to request provisional feedback, and got nothing. There were no further buttons to click or screens to view. FYI this is the second time this has happened to me; and really disappointing in this case b/c a pass would mean I'm done with all 6 exams.
Not fun.

Lirian,
I did pass, thank you, on the first try. Being nervous for this test is a good thing, so long as the nervousness doesn't overwhelm you. It is very difficult, more difficult in my opinion than PPD. I think the thing that took me off guard was how difficult the case studies were. They were far more difficult and had many more resource documents to sift through than NCARB PDD practice exam case studies. If there is anything that will give you an edge in the next few days its refining how well you can quickly sift through all those documents to get the answers you need. I personally found it very hard to view multiple large drawings through the tiny view portal.
BTW, just keep plowing through the test when you are in the thick of it. I felt very discouraged during the test, but found out later that I had passed.
Best of luck, Mike

Today, I encountered the same issue after completing the PA exam. I immediately reached out to customer service and reported the problem, it is a bit frustrating since I specifically opted to see my preovisional results. I hope, if this is a technical issue, it is not somthing that would affect the acctual score of the exam. It would be great if NCARB can address this issue promptly and provide an update for everyone affected. Thank you in advance for keeping us informed.

This issue has been addressed numerous times. NCARB is able to review video of the screens candidates see while testing and have continued to notify candidates that this is user error. You will not see a provisional score report; you will see one sentence that indicates "likely fail" or "likely pass."
We have reviewed the footage for a number of candidates who reported they did not see provisional feedback and have witnessed them looking at the provisional feedback screen. It is not possible for there to be a technical issue with provisional feedback for some candidates but not others. This is built in to the exam software and functions in the same manner for every candidate who tests -- whether the exam is delivered in a test center or remotely.
Please review the instructions provided for viewing provisional feedback -- while testing and in the ARE 5.0 Guidelines. NCARB has recently posted an instructional video on our YouTube channel as well.
