    Hi Yafei,

The A201 General Conditions do not get modified, but some things similar to what you circled (mostly unique payment terms & insurance) get drafted into a Supplementary Conditions document that gets attached to the A201.  And you are correct that these docs are considered part of Division 00 of the specs.

The jobsite hours are actually in Division 01 14 00 Work Restrictions.  So those hours can be modified.

It's in AHPP.  This website is also helpful (see diagram, top-right):  https://www.constructionspecifier.com/coordinating-specifications-with-an-owners-division-00/2/

This topic is not really a PDD topic though; it would be covered in PjM and CE more likely.

    Hope this helps!

Hi Rebekka, thanks for your notes and direction. the diagram is pretty helpful. One follow-up question - if this fall into division 00, should this requirement belongs to "instruction to bid", or "invite to bid"? Thanks a lot for any advices!

No, the there's an actual ad with the instructions to bidders and the invitation.  The instructions about when the bid is due, how it's submitted, and a bid form they have to fill out.  Find some RFP to look at online.  The A201 and supplementary conditions are separate items, the actual contract requirements.

    Hope this helps!
