    I think you’re in luck: NCARB no longer requires trigonometry in any calculations. See here:

    (I can confirm that I didn’t need trig for any of the exams when I took them last month).

    In the Calculator I found you need to input 24, then select TAN. That will give you the equivalent of Tan(24).  (So in the calculator 24TAN= TAN(24)) Doing that gives you .44522.

    Then I did 9/.44522 to get 20.21, and round to 20. I tried this out on a few different Calculators to check the math. It's an interesting process. But good to red above that the skill might not be needed.

    Make sure your calculator does not have "RAD" turned on as this should be in "DEG" for degrees. This is probably the biggest issue. Also, your parenthesis should be like this...  9 / (TAN(24))
