PSI Test Center Booked for Next 6 Months!?

I live in the Kansas City area and have been scheduling my exams at the Olathe PSI center (the only testing center within a reasonable drive). I have successfully scheduled and passed 4 exams. This week I have been logging on to schedule my final 2 tests and there are no dates available! Not a single date between April and September is open for testing. Previously almost every day has been available to schedule so I'm surprised to see that all of the sudden they are booked out for the next 6 months.

What can I do?? I've emailed NCARB and haven't received a response yet. I really don't want to do online proctored and the next closest testing center is hours away. I can't study with Amber Book till I schedule a test so this is really throwing off my schedule and goals.

Hi Taylor -- Assuming you have a firm license. I ran into a similar situation when I wanted to study with a group at my firm but the California architects board had not authorized me to schedule exams yet. I emailed the folks at Amber book and they were able to allow me to study without having an exam scheduled so I could stay on track. Maybe this will help you stay on track even though the scheduling situation seems like a huge bummer!

Are your final two tests PPD and PDD? They are longer exams and my PSI center only schedules those exams one day per week starting at 8:00AM.

Highly suggest taking the exams online, had zero issues doing that myself and my home internet is faster than the testing center anyway...

For online, I scheduled tests within a week of the test date and there was availability.
