PSI: checking-wait time

I just took an exam, online. From the time I lunched the exam to the time I actually started the exam, it was 1:39 mins. I was in the queue waiting to checked in by a proctor, for at least an hour and 15 mins

  Yes come to think of it I should have contacted ncarb to refund my seat. But it’s okay I have since passed the exam.
