PcM mock exam
From the key words "time, risk, cost", I was thinking CMc is the best choice, but considering "single contract approach", I think Design-build is better.
I'm a bit confused here. Correct answer is CMc, but it has two contracts, so it does not meet the requirements of "single contract approach".

The second row (with the grey squares) indicates that the CM was selected, thus satisfying the clients need for a delivery that is time sensitive. This row also has multiple CD packages being priced and decreases risk by validating the costs at various stages of CDs. It is still a single contract due to the CMaR delivery method.
Review the question again because in your description, you indicate CMc as being an answer and it is not an option in the question, nor is it in any of the language in the chart.
Hope this helps...Just took the practice test so its fresh
