Practice Exam issues, can not proceed

I "bought" practice exams: First overall exam as recommended, then PcM, as I am scheduled to take that first.

A. I started the first exam, but on the first question (a drag and drop), I'm not seeing the next or continue button, i.e., no way to proceed to next question.

B. So I went to take the PcM and can not get past the first screen, the page prior to the "agreement" page.

Kind of stuck, what is the problem here??

  If its a practice and you bought it you may just need to close and open again.

  It was the NCARB practice exams. Yes, did that a couple times. Logged out, then in again too. Wasn’t sure if it was a glitch that anyone else had experienced.
