NCARB is requiring me to have a time machine.

I can't schedule any exams.  I had started taking the 4.0 several years ago and hated the testing experience and knew i wouldn't be able to force myself to take them often enough to make the transition conversion work for me.  So even though i passed my first exam I decided to stop testing and start again after the 5.0 transition.

Now I'm finally coming back to it, but i have 3 months left on my 4.0 rolling clock and they won't give me the option to schedule any new exams - it just tells me to refer to the Transition Calculator... And that has calculated that I need a time machine.  Anyone else have this problem?
