February 4th - case study glitch still present
Knowing what happened last month to a lot of test takers, I started my PcM exam today with case studies to check if the materials load properly, despite that NCARB stating that the issue was fixed. To my surprise, (or maybe not that surprising) most of the materials were displayed in gibberish. I immediately informed my proctor and they had someone remoting in and fixed the issue for me. Luckily I was able to complete my exam in time and received "likely pass" feedback at the end.
I might be overthinking, but could this incident overturn my result? I'm posting here also to let people know that the issues are not completely resolved, at least at my testing center.

Hi Sai,
Thank you for your post. Based on your experience of seeing "gibberish" in your case studies, we can confirm that the PSI proctor launched your exam in an incorrect and outdated browser. This is a PSI proctor training issue and is unrelated to the case study freezing issue that some candidates experienced a few weeks ago (resolved on January 26th). We are going to follow up with PSI on this training issue.
This incident WILL NOT overturn your pass. Congrats!
