    Lu,

    I had a similar issue that NCARB resolved after about 3 weeks. Both of my exams got cancelled randomly because of a "clerical error". I was able to schedule one exam after about 3 days, it took 3 weeks to resolve the other scheduling issue. The best advice I can give is to call everyday until they resolve it. It had something to do with the testing center for me.

    Hi Lu-Ming,

    Did NCARB resolve the scheduling issue? If so- what was the problem? I’m currently going through the same issue for one division only and it is frustrating. I’ve spoken to multiple NCARB employees, all of which send the issue to IT. IT claims they fix the error and no one follows up. It’s been 2 months.
