UNABLE TO SCHEDULE EXAMS
Hi all, wanted to see if anyone has encountered a similar issue and share some frustration I have lately with NCARB. I have been unable to schedule an exam for almost a month, and I keep getting this error message above while scheduling. I have emailed NCARB and called them 3 times (once a week) but am still not able to get this solved.
In the first 2 calls, the staff said they are working on it and will resolve it within a few days. However, in the most recent call I made to NCARB today, the staff told me this is a difficult issue and that they are not sure how long it would take to solve it. I mean, SERIOUSLY, after (at least) 3 weeks since the first time I reached out to NCARB, this is still the only answer I can get. Does NCARB understand TIME IS CRITICAL to every test taker? The clock is still ticking for the exams that I have passed. Does NCARB extend the time for each passed exam for this kind of delay they caused? This delay also messed up my schedule and plan for the test prep.
Besides, what I have been trying to do for this whole month is to reschedule the exam that I was supposed to take on Jan 6th. I wasn’t able to take it because the PSI test center ran into technical issues connecting to my test that day. There are a whole bunch of issues and mess at the PSI test center that made me so frustrated but I am not going into detail here, as many people have already shared their experience and frustration here I believe.

I had a similar issue that NCARB resolved after about 3 weeks. Both of my exams got cancelled randomly because of a "clerical error". I was able to schedule one exam after about 3 days, it took 3 weeks to resolve the other scheduling issue. The best advice I can give is to call everyday until they resolve it. It had something to do with the testing center for me.
