PjM Test Technical Issue - Still Can't reschedule

I had the issue with the freezing case study when I took my PjM exam on took on 1/20 and still have not been able to reschedule the test. I am wondering if anyone who has had this issue has been able to reschedule their tests yet and how they were able to do that. 

I saw in an email from NCARB that the issue has been resolved which makes it all the more frustrating that I have not been able to reschedule and that there is radio silence from NCARB.

  Looks like they are reviewing exams taken by people affected by the bug and may waive the 60 day waiting period?

  I already had this issue twice (in NYC in September 2022 and November 2022, in-person). I received two seat credits, but the waiting periods were not waived - in my strategy, I do the case studies at the end of the exam.

  Where did you take the exams? In-person or online? Perhaps online is a better option in this situation...
