“Break” not allowed or not working for PCM Practice Management
-
Hi Lilian,
It appears that you have already reached out to our Customer Relations team regarding your break during your PcM exam. As a reminder, candidates are not allowed to leave their seat during an exam without clicking on the break button. If a candidate does leave their online testing space for any reason without clicking the break button, regardless of time, their exam administration will be terminated. This is a security policy established by NCARB.
You should hear back from NCARB's Customer Relations team in the next day or two.

In my previous message I stated that I clicked the break bottom and when I came back from my break I could not return to my exam. I was asked for 3 to 5 business days and since January 19th I got an email asking for more time. I also got an email indicating that more candidates had issues accessing / clicking part of the exam.
I understand NCARB, so NCARB should understand my concern. I clicked on the bottom brake before I went to take a break. Now, I am still unavailable to re-take my exam because the seat credit is not listed in my NCARB account.
