Score Report Delayed
PinnedI took my CE on 1/20 and got a likely pass preliminary result. But I still haven't received my score report yet and it's been 3 days. I usually received my reports within 24 hours for my previous exams. I called NCARB and they said they didn't know the reason neither and all I can do is keep waiting. It's so weird why this time is taking so long?

Hi all,
Quick update - you should now see your official score report within your NCARB Record. We apologize for the delay.

I, too, received a preliminary PASS on my PDD exam on 1/21 with my final score still pending. Thank you for the update, NCARB... but this being my final PASS I am anxious and stressing out. Please fix this delay.
Update: I received my official PASS this am. I have not yet received an email to that effect, though. Thank you NCARB for fixing the issue online; no thank you for the stress it has caused.

You mean we can see our faulty fail reports because of NCARB technical problems of case studies references not downloading ?
That’s unethical
Unprofessional and totally unacceptable.
I am on my way to PSI office now to get a copy of the incident report they have sent to you. PSI associate tried to call you several times and no one from NCARB was able to give any advice.
Please you need to look into this major NCARB issue and reevaluate your reports.

Thank You for your response. It’s greatly appreciated. But I totally disagree. I currently have a faulty fail report on my PDD exam which is negatively affecting my exams since I can not reschedule this exam for another 60 days. And if I happen to fail then I can not retake this exam for another year. So I would greatly appreciate and expect since this is NCARB technical issues that this faulty fail report should be cancelled from my records. I just left the PSI test center. They have reported this technical issue during my exam and the ticket number is 3145119. They also received a confirmation email from NCARB acknowledging the technical issue during my exam. Would greatly appreciate your advice and action on this.

Yvette,
The score report issue I was referring to is the delayed posting, not the reports that are the direct result of the case study resource issue. NCARB is currently working on the issue at hand, and will communicate updates to the customer service team for those candidates who call in. The update will also be posted here as soon as it's available.

Katerina,
As NCARB has explained in the latest version of the ARE 5.0 Guidelines and through ARE Updates and emails directly to candidates, scores are now being held for forensic analysis. NCARB is determined to minimize exam security issues and this analysis is part of the process currently in place.
