Unbelievably terrible experience with PSI and NCARB
I had my PjM exam on the 19th at 10:00 AM. When I got there, the PSI center did not have internet, and they could not get an internet connection back at 10:30. I was then given a ticket number and asked to reschedule the exam. Then I rescheduled the exam for the 22nd at a different test center. When I got to the case study questions, the resource tabs are frozen and I was not able to view the material. I reported this to the staff and they called IT. IT worked on it trying to fix the issue for around half an hour and achieved nothing !!! Now I have to wait 2 more months to redo this exam. This is just ridiculously unreliable and irresponsible. I don't care if I can get free credit, what about the time I am losing ??????? NCARB, please improve your IT staff skill and your system !!!!!!!!! Candidates should totally file a group lawsuit against NCARB because apparently, I am not the only one having this kind of terrible experience. If this is a serious exam for the test takers, NCARB must also take this issue seriously, not just frivolously throw people with delayed test credit.
