Terrible PSI and and NCARB experience

I had exam schedule for 7 am. I started my process at 6:40 am. They were not able to launch the exam until 8:25 am. I ended up choosing to reschedule as at that point I had spent close to two hours just to get them to start the exam. They cleared things from their side and issued me a ticket number and asked to call NCARB for seat credit. I did call NCARB around 9 am the same day. It has been over a week and many phonecalls and emails later, I am still waiting to reschedule that exam (the one the PSI couldn't launch) because NCARB hasn't been able to figure out how to make this exam status from score is pending to available for scheduling. Unbelievable! Completely unreliable responses from both organizations!
