    I agree. I wonder if it's even legal and moral to do this after they make it almost impossible to pass these exams. I wonder what Ncarb will say when there will be. A shortage of architects in the Unites States because of the way they set up the exams. Is this just another way for NCARB to increase their revenue ?

    Does anyone know if any other professionals licensing has a rolling clock like NCARB or is this unique to NCARB only?

    On top of that, an exam with numerous technical issues. This might be their way to get more money from us.

    I had the same technical issue last 2 weeks and now scheduling new one. The rolling clock should be extended as a result to these hurdles.
