    Maria,

You will still have to wait 60 days after the November exam administration, as the policy specifies 60 days between attempts and 3 times maximum per calendar year.  I hope this clarifies.

In addition, you couldn't have taken the same division for the third time in November, as you have to wait 60 days between attempts.  If, for some reason (such as a technical issue), you were able to test in October and November, the exam on which you experienced the technical issue would not count toward your 3 attempts, nor would you have to wait the 60 days.  If you experienced a technical issue BUT were exposed to exam content, then the 60 day wait would be necessary.  Keep in mind, the retake policy has been developed around exam security, which is why the exposure to exam content is taken into consideration.

hey Joan this clarifies it i think, yes that was a hyphothetical scenario, I have not taken it a 3rd time, but i was trying to figure out how to calculate the rolling year, so i guess the answer is 60 days after your 3rd fail if that is after a year of your first try. I was just trying to figure out if I can take it sometime within the next two months without locking myself into a non test year

    Maria,

Your first attempt on PDD was on February 20, 2017 and the second was on November 6, so you can test again in January.  That will be 3 attempts before the rolling year ends.
