I've been reading the CSI manual and its goes over the procedures and responsibilities of Contractor and architect when there is an error or omission in the contract documents. However, I do not see where it addresses who is responsible for the cost of the error or omission from the contract documents.
If the architectural drawings and specification are inaccurate or missing something, who is responsible for the costs for the correction of the work by the GC?
Thank you for reading this.
