    Lidia, sorry to hear that Prometric has not been able to connect with you as of yet. I have confirmed with Prometric that they have attempted multiple times to reach all impacted candidates via phone. If your NCARB Record does not have your current phone number, or your phone does not have voicemail enabled, this may be the cause of the inability to connect.

    I am going to reach out to you directly so you can reschedule through an alternate process as soon as possible.
