The following is an explanation of what happened when I went to take the first test. When I arrived at the examination center, I was rejected due to the fact that the name on my driver license did not match with the name registered on the NCARB records. My NCARB records shows all my names and last names listed on the transcripts from my country; therefore, at the time of registration, the NCARB office demanded me to register according to the transcripts records, not according to my driver license which only shows my first and last name. In the meantime, I was not able to take the test and lost $210.00. Since NCARB is giving a "free retake" for those who failed, I wonder if I can be considered to take the test without having to pay again, but do not want to show in the system as having failed the test as I was told by an employee.
