Lidia, thanks for confirming what happened in the test center. As for being contacted by Prometric, that should happen today. I've heard from a few people that Prometric customer care wasn't able to get to everybody yesterday. They are still working on it so you should be contacted today.

I also experienced the crash on Monday Jan. 30th.  However, I have not heard back from NCARB on the status of my exam.

Jordan, I can see you've contacted NCARB customer service on this issue. Let me take a look at your record and I'll get back to you with some information.

Hi, Jared!  I'm in the same boat as Jordan.  My test crashed on Monday, Jan. 30th as well.  I called on Monday and was told to hold tight; I would be contacted within a day or so.  When I didn't hear back, I called again Wednesday and was told to send an email, which I did.  I haven't had any response to my email yet.  I know you're probably swamped, but is there any way you can check on mine too?  Thanks!

I'm unclear how to reschedule my exam - I have the approval code from Prometric, but my NCARB record still says awaiting score. I hope the only way to reschedule isn't via phone with Prometric, because that makes it VERY difficult. I like to be able to see what times are available across the month and between multiple test centers to find what works best for my schedule.

    Randall,

Prometric has called you twice and is awaiting your return call.  If the number in your NCARB record is incorrect, you will need to update it for them to reach you.  Yes, you will need to work with Prometric to reschedule this exam.  If you have additional questions, NCARB Customer Service is available at 202-879-0520.

Thanks Joan - I called Prometric this morning and they were unclear if I would be able to reschedule online; Initially Prometric said that would be possible, but if I am understanding you correctly, that is not the case - I can only reschedule with them over the phone. That's unfortunate.

Another question - do I need to reschedule by a certain date? At this point, I am studying for the next division and would rather wait until I finish that test and get the results so I can gauge what I might need to review before taking this exam again.

    Randall,

You will need to reschedule with Prometric but can schedule the exam farther out if you prefer.  You don't need to schedule it for the immediate future.  Don't put off rescheduling the exam; just ask the customer service rep for a date around the time frame you'd like to test.
