Question about NCARB sample question - R-value

Hi Everyone,

I got a question when working on the NCARB sample practice exam. The correct answer is C. However I didn't get which Cell should I use to identify the Wall assembly complaint evidence. 

Can someone give me some ideas? Thank you so much!

  Hi Zhang, 

  Acoording the table foot note, Metal buildings refer to PEMB. wheras steel framed buildings are metal stud buildings which our given case in the question.
