So when we pass an Exam. Does that mean we passed all sections of the exam or does it mean we passed enough to  receive a passing score no matter what sections we passed or failed?

  You don't receive a score report when you pass an exam, but each question is worth the same. So, based on this information, you should be able to pass with enough correct answers, no matter what category they are in. With that said, I still recommend studying every section and not relying on knowing one section more than another, because you never know what kind of questions you'll get.
