EXAM TERMINATED BY PSI BECAUSE THEY HAD TOO MANY TEST TAKERS
UNREAL. I was 1/3 of the way through Programming and Analysis when I get a pop up on my screen, telling me that they have a issue with high volume right now, I try to close the pop-up and my entire psi window shuts down. Frantically I dash from the room and grab my phone to call customer service, who transferred me to candidate support, who were totally incompetent, who then told me to call Ncarb, whose customer support is closed on weekends. Thankfully, they refunded me but is unbelievably unjust that they would cancel my appointment due to their lack of foresight and restriction on scheduling tests. I now have to take my test tomorrow because they over promised themselves. what a joke. This is absolutely abominable and I am furious. For the amount of money we pay for these exams this should never ever be an issue. I want assurances that when I schedule a test, I will have a proctor throughout that test, and I will not be kicked out.

Hi Bronwyn,
Thank you for your post. This is unacceptable and not what NCARB expects from our test delivery vendor, PSI. Please make sure to report your experience to NCARB's Customer Service team so we can work with PSI to ensure this doesn't happen to future candidates.
