Please NCARB would you explain why my answer here shows incorrect?

I am reading the explanation at the bottom and it is matching the answer, is this an error or are we required to drag and place differently?

Did someone else get this error while practicing?

  Yvette…it’s not clear to me what your answer was, but the correct answer has horizontal overhangs to shade the south window and vertical ones to shade the east and west windows (and no shading needed for the north window) ….note the north arrow pointing right.

  Yes that is exactly my answer (shown in photo) and it still says wrong answer. I wonder if it’s a computer glitch. Hopefully real test won’t have those glitches. Thank You

  Hi Yvette,

  We can confirm that there is no computer glitch in the above situation. If you look at the headings in the score report image, the graphic response is the correct answer, not your answer. Unfortunately, the current score report does not provide a graphic of your answer. We hope to provide this information in a future release of the practice exams.
